You may of noticed that over the last few weeks we have been making some very small changes along with some massive ones here at Playback!
We are continuing to grow as a company and with that growth comes change. Our biggest change is that we are officially embracing a new name of Playback Events. We have changed our name, not our company!
We hope you’ll like the new name as much as we do.
So, what’s different?
- Our company is now known as ‘Playback Events’
- Our logo has changed (slightly)
- We have a new website address (www.PlaybackEvents.co.uk)
Are we still the same company?
Yes. We are still Playback, offering the same impeccable service with the outstanding reputation we have built over the last 20 years.
So, why the change?
The name Playback Enterprise was first thought of by our Managing Director, Richard Wells back in 1998 when he started out as a disco agency. Over the years in order to keep up with our clients demand our services have grown and so has our team; we now have an outstanding team of qualified technicians, engineers and office staff along with an extensive range of high quality, well maintained equipment to suit most events imaginable.
Playback Events is more fitting to the vast variety of services we now offer, these include; Disco & Karaoke, Wedding DJ’s, Children’s Entertainment, Sound & PA Hire, Lighting Systems, Staging Hire, Technical Production, Venue Up-Lighting, Events Staff plus many more!
Although most of our main branding has changed including our logos, certain other areas will be gradually changed this includes our staff uniforms and the building signage. Don’t worry all our contact details still work, although you’ll notice the format of our email addresses have changed to our new website domain for example our general enquiries email address is now: email@example.com – but don’t worry the old ones still work too!
