Join us for the End of School Children’s Glow Party at the Civic Corner in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire on Saturday 27th July. 2pm -4pm. There is a Cafe onsite providing food and drinks – This is provided by the venue and is not affiliated with Playback Events.
- £5 for children aged 5 to 15
- £3 for toddlers under 5 and parents and supervisors 16 plus (Maximum of 2 parents or supervisors per child)

Getting Here
The event is being held inside the Civic Corner, this is located inside the Mansfield Civic Centre. You enter the venue via the main doors at the car park side of the civic centre. The venue is easily accessible by car with onsite parking. There is also a bus stop directly outside the front of the Civic Centre. Additionally it is located 5-10 minute walk from Mansfield Town Centre. The venue is accessible for wheelchairs, if you require any additional assistance please inform a member of staff on the day.

Car Parking
Car parking is available onsite and is FREE. Please abide by car park signage and park in marked bays.
Refreshments
The venue has their own café which will be open for the event – This is not provided by us nor affiliated with us in any way, but is there for you to use, should you wish to do so.
Special Effects & Lighting
This event uses special UV (Ultra-violet) Lighting – To get the best from the lighting we advise dressing in any product containing large areas of white, any products containing light or neon colours glow super bright!
WARNING – Strobe lighting effects may also be used during this event.
Raffle
We will be selling raffle tickets during the event. The raffle will be drawn at around 3:50pm. Tickets will sold for £2 per strip or 3 strips for £5. Payment can be made by cash or card. More information on available prizes coming soon…
Code of Conduct
We want everyone to enjoy themselves. Although our staff are present we are not responsible for supervising children, this remains the sole responsibility of parent/guardians – Please be mindful of other guests. Abuse towards other guests or staff will not be tolerated and will result in aggressors being ask to leave the event.
