Company History

Back in the 1998 Playback was founded by Richard Wells and started up as a full time Disco Agency, building up a reputation with affordable, high quality and a friendly approachable service.

Over the years in order to keep up with our clients demand our services have grown and so has our team; we now have an outstanding team of qualified technicians, engineers and office staff.

We may of grown but our company’s aims have remained the same, you’ll even see Richard taking a very hands on approach and we often see him on-site with his team at events.

Company Mission

Playback Events is a professional, meticulous and imaginative events company, aimed at offering impeccable customer service while giving an outstanding overall experience. All of our equipment is regularly maintained by our in house engineers; making sure we bring you the best possible sound and the most dazzling light shows. We are covered by Public Liability Insurance and our equipment is PAT tested, customer safety is a priority.

We understand that each customer is different and pride ourselves on tailoring each event to your exacts needs and requirements. Our staff are always on hand to answer any questions you might have or simply to offer their expert advice – we offer free, no obligation help and advice.
